I was up late writing the other community newsletter last week and accidentally sent it to the wrong list, hence why you received a random newsletter from me that wasn't about MLOps. Sorry about that. I will pay more attention to detail next time around and not write newsletters when I should be sleeping
Here is to 1k
On Thursday we hit a big milestone, we now have more than 1k people in slack! It's been 6 months since starting this community and I truly love how we are all learning together and making this happen! So many great conversations have been happening there and we really appreciate all of you being part of this fun! cheers to 1k more!

Chanchal enamored us in the meetup, only problem was a bit of miscommunication so we only got a lightning round out of him. check out the quick video where he talks on the open-source tool that he and his team created to help you abstract away some of the complications of kubeflow. Shadow Deplopyment
All you great people in slack chimed in on a pretty neat thread that I couldn't help but immortalize in this medium post. We talk about Shadow Deployment in ML and what makes it different than A/B, Canary, etc deployment options. We also left some questions unanswered mainly around if data adds an extra dimension to traditional devops methods that calls for a new approach? Let us know what you think in the comments!
